BOARD MEETINGS: Held the 4th Monday of the Month. CALL MRA (info below) FOR LOCATION-BOARD MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

  • Before a discussion, establish priorities
  • Keep an open mind for new ideas, and new ways to look at old problems. 

HOA MEETING BY-LAWS & MD LAW (summary):

  • Per MD Law, all meetings of the homeowners association, including REGULAR meetings of the board of directors or other governing body of the HOA or a COMMITTEE of the HOA, shall be open to all members of the HOA or their agents;  All members of the HOA shall be given reasonable notice of all regularly scheduled open meetings of the HOA. 
  • Also, closed meetings require a statement of the the time, place, and purpose of a closed meeting, the record of the vote of each board or committee member by which the meeting was closed, and the authoritiy under the section of MD Real Estate Law to close the meeting shall be recorded in the minutes of the next meeting of the board of directors or the committee of the HOA; except as provided in this law, and notwithstanding anything contained in any of the documents of the HOA.

  • Meetings of the HOA Members - Per the HOA By-Laws
