Director Job Desecription per the By Laws of the Beachwood Estates Home Owners Association, Inc.
In this community consisting of 329 voting single-family homes. Duties are as follows:
- Supervise all officers/committee volunteers, agents and employees of the Association to see that their duties are properly performed;
- As more fully provided in the Declaration to see that annual assessments are collected, budgets are prepared, accounts are paid, common areas are maintained and rules are followed.
- Coordinate and attend meetings related to the management of the community.
- Cause to be kept a complete record of all acts and corporate affairs of this non-stock, not-for-profit corporation and communicate such information to the members.
- Cause to be maintained the Common Area and any other ares shown on the Plat that may be owned by governmental entities who are not maintaining such areas, which includes preservation of open space and protection from encroachment and disturbance of wet land and reforestation areas within Beachwood Estates, designated by DEPRM and Baltimore County Law.
